What I focus on
My work centres on three areas within hospitality. I lead projects across private and event catering, the development of a premium linen collection, and selected destination collaborations with hospitality partners. Each concept is built around a clear atmosphere, operational consistency and a strong sense of place. Rather than focusing on individual services, my role is to shape the overall direction — ensuring that culinary execution, visual identity and guest experience work together as one coherent whole.
Working style
My approach is collaborative and structured. I work closely with chefs, suppliers, venues and hospitality teams to translate creative direction into practical execution. From early concept development to on-site coordination, every stage of the process is guided with attention to detail and operational clarity. The goal is always the same: hospitality that feels natural and effortless to the guest, while being carefully constructed behind the scenes.
